Currently Reading
I’ve recently delved into ‘Atomic Habits,’ which is often the go-to choice in the self-help genre. It took me a while to pick it up, but I’m now reading it, and I can already see why it comes highly recommended. I’ve only covered the first couple of chapters, and it’s been enlightening. As for the next reads, the other three books you see are on my list, and I’ll be sure to keep you posted on my progress and thoughts about them. If you’re curious, check out some of the books I’ve recently enjoyed below.

Go-To Podcasts
Lately, I’ve been exploring a variety of podcasts, and much like music, my choice depends on my mood. I tend to go on a few-week kick with a specific host or show before moving on to catch up with others. Podcasts have this unique ability to captivate your attention in different ways.

Go-To Supplements
These are my top 5 go-to supplements, that I find helpful for filling in the gaps in my nutrition. I take the pre-workout before hitting the gym in the morning, providing me with an energy boost to kickstart my day and workout. During exercise, I tend to sip on the amino acids. For a great post-dinner dessert, I turn to the Raw Isolate Protein. Mixing 30g of frozen banana, a scoop of protein, and 3oz of raw milk results in a satisfying treat. Collagen is a versatile addition to my day; I often mix it into my afternoon oatmeal, or it’s just as great in my morning coffee since it’s flavorless. As for the Beef Liver, while I prefer eating it when I can, my busy schedule often leads me to take 6 of these pills with my breakfast for added convenience.
Gym Equipment
Starting with Van’s, these shoes prove to be a solid choice for weightlifting – flat and durable, they have become a reliable pick for me. When it comes to running, my go-to is the Altra Lone Peaks. I’ve been a fan of these shoes since their original release, and they’ve been a trusty companion for everything from ultras to park runs. Within the gym, I always have a few essential items on hand. Airpods are a must, providing the choice of a podcast for my runs or music to pump up my lifting sessions. Chalk, a self-explanatory choice, is necessary for a better grip, and I opt for the liquid variety to keep things less messy. Finally, resistance bands are a staple for my daily stretching routine before I dive into lifting.
